These are my slides from the group presentation. My slides were about the reproduction of the kangaroos. It contains male and female reproduction, clutch size or litter size, parental care, offspring, and environmental effects. This project was out of 100 points and every little thing counts.
For science, our next presentation is an animal project slide. The animals are from our own Fresno Chaffe Zoo! My group's assigned animal is the red kangaroo. After researching about the kangaroo, we make a presentation about it with a total of 22 slide. I hope our slide turns out really good.
Our last project was about which scientist, Rosalind Franklin, Watson and Crick, Maurice Wilkins, and Erwin Chargaff, should receive the Nobel Prize. We took notes on a video and looked online about our assigned scientist. Afterwards, we had to pick which scientist we think was the best according to our notes. After we picked, we made a presentation of the scientist and their contributions. We took all the notes of the scientist that we all chose and made it into an 8 page slide.
This is meograph. In science, we did a meograph presentation about going on a geology field trip. The required geology features are a crater caused by an asteroid collision, a volcano, a fault, folded rock layers, tilted rock layers, an unconformity, an intrusion, erosion, and layered rock showing superstition. We had to add pictures and where the place is located. The presentation was out of 50 points. I think my partner and I did a great job on meograph.
In Mrs, Poole's class for second quarter, we made a DNA model out of Knex. We had to carefully read the instruction or else we would make a mistake. After building the DNA, we divided it and added a new strand and connected it together to get a result of two DNA. This was how offsprings were made
In Mrs. Poole's science class, each group from every period made an edible cell project. You can chose between a plant or animal cell. My group chose the plant cell. It was a very messy project because we had food sticking to our fingers and scattering every where. Even thought our cell wasn't good looking, it was very yummy.
